Know where your food comes from, how it was raised and how it was prepared. Class size is limited to 4 people per processing date! Everyone will get a chance to watch, learn and then repeat the process steps themselves with guidance and then take home the chicken they processed themselves!

*Please note that we process rain or shine, heat or cold. We will not offer refunds if you choose not to attend after booking. All needed items will be provided and each attendant will go home with the bird they processed. While we understand the value of children learning this skill, we are unable to allow anyone under the age of 16 to attend, so please make arrangements for your children during this class.
