Welcome to Head of Walker Farm! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Head of Walker Farm (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers farm-fresh products, including herbs, tinctures, salves, and other natural goods for shipping, as well as canned goods, meat, eggs, and livestock for in-person pickup only.

2. Product Availability & Ordering

  • Shippable Products: We ship select farm products, including herbs, tinctures, salves, teas, plants and other eligible goods, within the United States.
  • Pickup-Only Products: Canned goods, meats, eggs, and livestock are available for in-person pickup only at our farm location. These items cannot be shipped.
  • Order Cancellations:
    • Customer-canceled orders will be subject to an 8% restocking fee to cover processing costs.
    • If an order is canceled by our staff due to a non-shippable item being mistakenly ordered for shipping, an 10% restocking fee will also apply.

3. Shipping & Pickup Policies

  • Orders for shippable products will be processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders for pickup-only items must be collected at our farm during designated pickup times. Customers will receive pickup instructions via email or phone.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
  • If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund consideration.
  • Pickup-only items (e.g., canned goods, eggs, livestock) are non-refundable once collected.

5. Livestock Sales Policy

  • All livestock sales are final. We ensure that animals are healthy at the time of pickup, but we cannot guarantee their health after they leave our care.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide appropriate transportation and care for purchased livestock.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Our farm products are made with natural ingredients. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or adverse effects resulting from our products.
  • We make no medical claims regarding our herbal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare provider before use.

7. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept cash and major credit cards.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bland County.
