Shipping Policy

At Head of Walker Farm, we are committed to delivering high-quality farm products in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policies below before placing an order.

1. Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship select farm products within the United States, including:
✔ Herbs
✔ Tinctures
✔ Salves
✔ Other shippable farm goods as listed on our website

Non-Shippable Items (Pickup Only)

The following items are not available for shipping and must be picked up in person at our farm:

🚫 Canned Goods
🚫 Meats
🚫 Eggs
🚫 Livestock

If a non-shippable item is mistakenly ordered for shipping, the order will be canceled and subject to an 10% restocking fee.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
  • Processing times may vary based on product availability, holidays, or high order volumes.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping through reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking & Lost Packages

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once turned over to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received. Please check with neighbors or your local post office.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within  48 hours with photos of the issue.
  • We will review and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment but will be subject to an 8% restocking fee.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
