Refund policy

At Head of Walker Farm, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding returns, order cancellations and restocking fees below.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
  • If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund consideration.
  • Pickup-only items (e.g., canned goods, meats, eggs, livestock) are non-refundable once collected.

Customer-Canceled Orders

If a customer chooses to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, an 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers processing and administrative costs associated with the cancellation.

Orders Canceled by Staff

If an order is canceled by our team due to a non-shippable item being mistakenly ordered for shipping, an 10% restocking fee will also apply. This ensures we can efficiently process and manage inventory.  These items have been clearly designated as non-shippable. 

Additional Notes:

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and are subject to our current return policy, listed above.
  • Refunds, minus the restocking fee, will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
