Pickled Quail Egg Kit comes with 1 pint jar of the homemade brine of your choice and 2 dozen quail eggs. Instructions for preparing eggs are included!
Every batch of brine is hand jarred in a 16 oz glass mason jar and processed to maintain freshness. When stored in a cool, dark place, unopened jars can remain fresh for 12-18 months, and often times longer. Once opened and eggs added, refigeration is the best method for infusion of flavors and preservation - and of course, with anything that is pickled, the flavor is enhanced the longer the jar sits!
Each jar of brine will make 2 pints of pickled quail eggs or 1 quart of pickled chicken eggs.
*We buy back all mason jars (with rings) for $0.50 each! Each jar is washed, and sterilized prior to use. Please contact us to arrange buy backs!

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Items that are damaged in transit can either be remade or refunded WITH return of the damaged item - NO exceptions. Damage from misuse will not be covered.
